What you say

I thought that my problem with my jeans was a BIG deal. Yes I do exaggerate somethings in my life like getting bigger to the slightest. For a straight week I put on a different pair of jeans each morning that just didn't fit. I was so aggravated that either 1. I was getting a little bigger  or 2. my pants were shrinking.
It was this very same week that I saw why my dad has taught me a certain lesson for my whole life. My dad has ALWAYS told me that "You never know what someone is carrying around, we all have some type of luggage or baggage we carry". One of my very friends in my class told me that they had cancer. I loved my friend very dearly and never would have thought that she would have cancer. No I was never mean to her, but knowing this opened my eyes. You never know how what you say can affect someone. You have no clue what some people can be dealing with, they might act like nothing is wrong in their life but sometimes people will surprise you.
I thank my dad for teaching me that you have to watch what you say. Once you say something you can never actually take the words back.
Psalm 19:14 "Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer."
